How long does it take for me to get my photos back?Typically you will receive your photos within 24 hours. We upload all of your media to Aryeo, an online gallery where you can view, download and pay for all your media.

Do I need to be present for my shoot?No, you do not need to be present for your real estate photography shoot. We will be able to capture stunning photos of your property even without your presence. However, if you would like to be present during the shoot, you are more than welcome to do so. Our photographers will work with you to ensure your preferences are taken into consideration while capturing the perfect shots of your property.

What are your hours of operation?We operate M-F 9am-5:30pm.

How does the delivery process work?All of our photos and videos are delivered to your personalized account. Create an account or log in here and you can expect your photos and videos to be posted within 24 hours. You should receive an email to notify you when your requested content has been posted.

How do I create an account with Zadaka Media?To create an account with Zadaka Media, click the “Login” tab (upper right-hand corner) and then select “I do not have an account”. Enter your name, email address etc. and then hit create account. Once you've completed those steps you will then be ready to place your first order. :)

Is Zadaka Media licensed to fly a drone?Yes, we have all the credentials necessary to fly our drones safely in Minnesota.

What if my listing is close to an airport, can I still get aerial photos/videos?Unfortunately, if your listing is within a certain distance from an airport, it is not safe to fly a drone. All unmanned aircrafts are prohibited from flying. We can however use a long monopod to and mimic the result of what we can get from a drone.
