HDR stands for High Dynamic Range. It is a photography technique that allows for a greater range of brightness and contrast levels in an image. This is achieved by taking multiple photos of the same scene at different exposure levels and then blending them together to create a final image with more detail and depth. In real estate photography, HDR is often used to capture the full range of lighting conditions in a space, from bright windows to dark corners, resulting in a more balanced and visually appealing image. At Zadaka Media, we specialize in using HDR techniques to produce high-quality real estate photography that showcases your property in the best possible light.

Short-term rental photography goes beyond traditional real estate photography by creating an inviting, lived-in atmosphere that attracts potential guests looking for a memorable stay. It emphasizes comfort, style, and unique amenities, using warm lighting and creative compositions to evoke a sense of relaxation and enjoyment. Unlike real estate photography, which primarily showcases the structure and layout, short-term rental photography focuses on the details that make a stay special, like cozy nooks, stylish decor, and thoughtful amenities, ultimately making the property stand out in a competitive market and increasing booking rates.

Hospitality photos are more expensive than residential real estate photos due to the meticulous staging, advanced lighting techniques, and extensive post-processing required to create an inviting and luxurious atmosphere. They also demand a more creative approach to highlight unique features and amenities, frequent updates to keep listings fresh, and broader usage rights for extensive marketing use, all of which contribute to higher costs.
